Vaccination Collaboration

Campus and county work together to host mobile vaccination clinic

The campus’s Student Health Service (SHS) is coordinating with the Santa Barbara County Public Health Department to host a mobile COVID-19 vaccination clinic to administer Moderna vaccines to members of the campus community at no cost to them.

The clinic will take place Thursday, May 6, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. in Parking Lot 25, immediately adjacent to the SHS building.

“I am very happy that we are able to partner with the Santa Barbara County Public Health Department to host this event at UCSB to work on increasing our rate of vaccination for our student population as well as our faculty and staff members,” said Dr. Vejas Skripkus, SHS executive director.

To schedule an appointment:

- Log on to the SHS Patient Portal Gateway using your UCSB NetID.

- Select Schedule an Appointment > COVID-19 Services > Vaccinations

Those attending the vaccination clinic should bring a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.), which will be matched to the appointment list.
