Comparison of amounts of dietary DHA to academic performance

This graph shows the relationship between breast milk fats and test
performance. Countries in which diets contain less of the good (omega-3) fat and more bad (omega-6) fat are toward the left. Those with better test score are toward the top. Breast milk in the USA is among the worst in terms of its fat balance, but children perform somewhat better than
expected based on this nutritional data alone.
