In the Presidents’ Words

UC Santa Barbara students share some of the most important words from the inaugural addresses of several U.S. presidents.

Santa Barbara, CA

Just in time for Presidents Day, UC Santa Barbara students deliver some of the most memorable lines from the inaugural addresses of several U.S. presidents. These historic addresses are among the 10 most-searched presidential inauguration speeches on UCSB’s American Presidency Project website. The American Presidency Project, according to Director John Woolley, professor of political science, is a compilation of more than 100,000 presidential documents, from Washington to Obama. “We are the only place where you can get them all, from all the presidents, in one place,” says Woolley in this video.
